What Cryptocurrencies are accepted in the Knowledge Token Sale

When the Knowledge token sale commences in January, we plan on supporting two major cryptocurrencies – Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and US Dollars (USD) wire transfer.

However, if you hold other crypto coins or altcoins such as Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Bitcoin Gold (BTG), Zcash (ZEC), Dash (DASH) or Ripple (XRP), these can easily be swapped into Ethereum or Bitcoin using a provider such as Shapeshift.io or Changelly. However, these services can be delayed depending on if there are a lot of unconfirmed transactions on the network, or if Crypto Kitties are continuing to breed relentlessly across the Ethereum blockchain!

The Knowledge token sale will be run out of the website at https://tokens.knowledge.io. Here you can register an account, plan out your token purchase, and then make deposits to the platform. The pre-sale will have a minimum contribution of $50. Once received, they will be converted into tokens on your account. At the end of the token sale on April 8th, we will then spend a few days completing an audit of all transactions, after which ERC-20 tokens will be distributed to token sale participants who have passed relevant KYC.

The pre-sale will run from noon EST 15th of January until 11:59am EST on the 26th of February 2018. The Knowledge management team is available to answer any pre-sale questions, as well as attending a number of events over the next few months including North American Bitcoin Conference in Miami, if you would like to meet them in person. The public sale ($1 minimum contribution) commences at noon EST 26th February 2018 and runs until April 8th.

For participants purchasing larger amounts of tokens, KYC will be required before tokens will be distributed. All tokens will be held in escrow until the distribution event happens after the token sale concludes and an audit is completed.
